1. Your details and client code

Give us accurate details and tell us when they change, especially your phone number. Your DORTIGO client code identifies your subscription; keep it for payments and questions. On WhatsApp, your code only works from the phone number saved on your account.

2. Paying online

• You can pay with MTN MoMo or Orange Money through Fapshi, using our payment page at app.dortigo.com or a payment link we send you. The amount is set by DORTIGO from your plan and any discount, and is shown before you pay.
• A payment counts only once Fapshi confirms it. A payment page closing early or showing an error does not mean you were charged; check with us if you are unsure.
• Payment links expire after 24 hours. Ask us for a new one if yours has expired.

3. Our WhatsApp number

An automatic assistant on our WhatsApp number answers a few commands, such as PAY, STATUS and HELP, and our team reads and answers other messages. We also send payment confirmations and reminders from this number. Reply STOP to turn reminders off, and START to turn them back on.

4. Fair use

Use your own client code only. Do not try to guess other customers’ codes or disrupt our systems. We may block access after repeated failed attempts or misuse.

5. Availability

We work to keep our website, payment page and WhatsApp number available, but they may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a payment provider is down. If you cannot pay online, message us and we will help.

6. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
